Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance and Business Analyst to join their growing team and assist in the continuous improvement of the company's quality management system.

As a QA/BA, your responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with other teams with quality-related matters;
• Ensure that the quality management procedures are effective and up-to-date;
• Document and maintain quality management procedures;
• Be part of the planning of regular quality audits and promote a systematic process for handling audit findings and recommendations;
• Assist in coaching and mentoring employees on quality-related matters;
• Assist in software testing of the IT systems.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal;
• Good understanding of Document Control procedures and some related experience;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Able to speak and write clearly in English.
