Registration Support (temporary)

Within this Registration Support (temporary) position you will be forming part of the company's Department of Operations. Your main duties will include : 

  • Support the processing of international protection applications by third-country nationals and follow certain tasks relevant detailed SOPs
  • Implement data entry/registration of asylum claims into the Asylum Database 
  • Manage, scan and archive documents, as well as uploading, scanned documents on the Asylum Database 
  • Support the daily and long-term planning of registrations and interviews and act as focal point and liaison for registrations and overall planning of interviews 
  • Perform quality control and any coordination, supervision and reporting tasks concerning the implementation of registrations 
  • Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges 
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service


Education and Experience

  • University Degree in International Relations, Law, International Law, Political or Social is preferred or advantageous 
  • Excellent understanding of the migration and asylum context
  • Proven experience in conducting research, including desk-based research related to topics in the field of international protection for various projects, drafting reports and collection of background material 



  • Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written 
  • Computer literate including MS Office applications and excellent use of the internet and particularly web-based applications 
  • Demonstrated previous legal or research experience in relevant tasks will be an advantage 
  • Ability to deal with first instance decisions, prepare relevant files, presenting facts, researching Country of Origin and prioritising sources
