Information Provider (temporary)

Within this Information Provider (temporary) role you'll be part of the company's Department of Operations. Your main duties will be:

  • Interact daily with international protection applicants to support the info provision on the asylum procedures via interpreters, about their rights
    and obligations and facilitate the replies to their questions
  • Answer individual queries on the status of asylum application cases, according to the instructions and procedures of the Authority and ensure adequate follow-up & monitoring of complex individual queries
  • Consult regularly all relevant colleagues to ensure the accuracy of the information provided
  • Manage groups of applicants in the operating location of the Authorities as well as ensuring a daily smooth functioning with an efficient entry/exit system
  • Collect, process and archive documents submitted by the applicants,  scan, archive and Ddaft documents, templates, statistics, minutes
    and reports
  • Provide regular analytical and statistical reports of provided services and challenges
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant to the specific profile

Education and Experience 

  • A'level standard of education or equivalent is a must 
  • University degree would be considered advantageous
  • Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks within an office of 20+ persons

Skills

  • Good command of the English language both verbal and written 
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of the internet and web-based applications
  • Very good intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills
