A well established company in Malta are looking for a Technical Trade Leader to join their Technical Services team in the workshop section, managing electrical maintenance projects across their facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing resources to meet agreed deadlines
- Delegating tasks to the team, and overseeing various trades within the department
- Ensure that all assigned jobs are carried out to the highest standards in line with the plans and policies provided by your superiors
- Provide advice to your superiors in the development of policies, plans, and risk assessments, and report on the performance of your area of responsibility to the management as needed.
- Collaborate with third-party contractors involved in company-wide engineering projects
Requirements:
- Wireman's Licence A & B
- Advanced Technician Diploma (ATD) / Higher National Diploma (HND) or a similar qualification at MQF Level 5 in Electrical Engineering, would be preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Remuneration package will depend on the candidate's experience
