As the Control Room & Plant Operator you will be assisting with the smooth operation of the plant by focusing on machine observation/monitoring and working closely with a small team of people. Key focus of the duties are the following:
- Supervise the operation of a semi-automated plant
- Maintenance - troubleshoot and modifying plant settings
- Assist within different departments during idle time (minor physical handling)
- Ensure production procedures and end product are complaint to the standards
This role is being offered on 3 shift basis (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
Skill-sets and Requirements
- 1 year experience working within a plant environment would be seen as a plus
- Technical background / familiarity is essential
- Verbal fluency in Maltese and English is needed
- Energetic individual who is attentive to details
- Team player and problem solver
Education & Experience
Candidates holding a recognizable technical qualifications are preferred
