Facilities Maintenance Team Leader

€25,000 - €30,000  |  Malta

A new Facilities Maintenance Team Leader is now available within property management. Working within a team of 2, your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
  • Assisting with house and office renovations
  • Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work
  • Sustaining and coordinating preventive maintenance procedures at all times with a quick response to maintenance requirements
  • Ordering equipment and tools required
  • Attending and investigating faults and breakdowns 
  • Oversee renovations at different stages making sure timelines are adhered to

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00hrs (one hour break)

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within facilities maintenance
  • Experience with installing and renovating pools
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Currently based in Malta
