Delivery Persons (Licence B)

An established client of ours is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as Delivery Persons. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner according to the set schedule
• Ensuring all packages are properly labeled and packaged
• Loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle
• Tracking and documenting all deliveries
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Following all safety protocols, laws and regulations
• Reporting any issues or customer complaints to management

The chosen candidate will be provided with the necessary training, as well as a mobile phone to use whilst at work for internal purposes. The candidate will also be covered by health insurance upon successfully completing the probationary period.

Unless it is in hand already, the chosen candidate will receive a sponsorship agreement for the purpose of obtaining License C and the required CPC qualification, which will be financially covered by the Company. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Valid driver's license B and a clean driving record is a must
• Candidates who have already obtained License C and CPC qualification will be given preference
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Education & Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desired
• Candidates who have experience in operating small fork lift trucks will be given preference
