Ticketing Services Officer (Airline)

As the Ticketing Services Officer, based at Malta International Airport, you will be representing one of the world's biggest airlines. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be handling sales and ticketing duties within the Airline industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers through the ticket sales process whilst promoting and selling routes by telephone, email, and in person
  • Processing reservations and organizing ticketing and fare collection from the airport booth
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
  • Communicating and keeping records of fare and travel conditions amendments
  • Managing group requests and bookings and liaising with agents

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday from 09.00hrs till 17.30hrs (Roster Basis) 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience and Knowledge within a similar role in Ticketing is a must
  • A well groomed appearance and a pleasant and courteous manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

Education & Experience

  • O' Level of Education is need
  • Knowledge of ticketing reservation system (Amadeus) is a must
