Telesales Representative

  Central Malta

We are currently working with a number of clients who are looking to recruit a Telesales Representative.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers;
  • Provide product and service information to prospective customers;
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services;
  • Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets;
  • Handle customer complaints;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business;
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and meet goals;
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Fluency in both Maltese AND English is a must
