Technical Sales Executive

Malta

A new vacancy for a Technical Sales Executive is available, where you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through the provision of new services and solutions while promoting services and products in conjunction with the Marketing and Business Development Teams
  • Creating leads, onboarding new clients and ensuring that sales targets are met while providing a high-quality customer experience
  • Conducting aftersales meetings to ensure constant customer satisfaction in line with company standards
  • Ensuring that all sales are carried out in compliance with Company standards and regulatory standards
  • Preparing reports and conducting sales analyses as necessary
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise

A very attractive salary package is being offered for this position (salary and commission).

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A proven track record of reaching sales targets
  • The ability to perform under strict deadlines and multitask during busy period
  • Passionate about customer service excellence
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
  • IT literacy

Education & Experience

  • Knowledge of electronic security systems or building services
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of cost estimates and quantity surveying will be considered an asset
