Technical Customer Relations Manager – Automative

The Technical Customer Relations Manager role is with one of our leading companies in Malta operating in the automotive industry. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your responsibilities include the following: 

  • Overseeing the day to day operations of customer-facing teams 
  • Contributing to the achievement of team performance objectives
  • Training and motivating staff and offering excellent quality service to customers
  • Assessing and analysing the needs of customers and providing solutions through the products and services
  • Setting financial targets and monitoring the progress of KPIs and SLAs

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of customer relationship management experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English languages


  • Highly organised individual 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strategic and having good leadership skills
