As the Business Development Manager of a newly established Commercial Team, you will play a key role in generating value-based solutions and expanding our product reach through the development of new channels. Responsibilities:
- Foster and generate sales leads
- Achieve or surpass annual sales targets
- Manage, cultivate and broaden the list of assigned key accounts
- Comprehend customer business objectives and convey them to our technical teams
- Undertake business development initiatives, with a focus on Malta, Cyprus, Greece, and other EMEA markets
- Conduct market research, map companies, and initiate contact with C-level executives
- Establish enduring relationships with potential customers
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and department managers to identify and expand channels for exporting our SaaS products
- Propose, lead, and participate in events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various online channels and interpersonal communication to prospect, identify, and acquire new clients across diverse market sectors
- Exceptional interpersonal aptitude, capable of building lasting connections with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with IT industry terms, technologies, and current trends
- Employing a goal-driven approach and capability to quantify and measure weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities
- Strong negotiation proficiency
- Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and drive to achieve results, taking pride in exceeding expectations
- Fluent in English, with robust interpersonal and organizational skills
