Technical Business Development Manager

Malta  |  up to €35,000  

Our client, who is a leading international ICT services provider, is seeking to hire a Technical Business Development Manager to join their Business Development team. The role will be focusing on selling a self-developed AML software, to potential businesses internationally. The job is based in Malta, however the selected person should be willing to travel to various countries within and/or outside EU, as required.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Generating and following up leads through cold calling, networking and digital marketing
  • Meeting with prospects to understand and document requirements
  • Delivering product demos
  • Preparing detailed business proposals
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts
  • Working closely with the delivery and pre-sales teams
  • Performing account management duties to ensure customer satisfaction

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience engaging with blue-chip customers and building relationships with C-level management
  • Experience in infrastructure, finance and/or software sales
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English is required and another European language will be considered an asset

Education & Experience

A degree in Computer Science, or a similar field is required
