Senior Sales Lead

  South of Malta

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Lead. While reporting to the Sales Manager, your roles and responsibilities include: 

  • Developing relationships with clients and monitoring their evolving needs on a regular basis
  • Covering the sales process from start to finish relating to all products and services within the portfolio

  • Reaching annual sales targets and meeting key performance indicators relating to efficiency and service levels

  • Building and nurturing a healthy sales pipeline of existing as well as new clients

  • Prospecting for new clients and proactively hunting for new leads

  • Preparing and submitting tenders

  • Following up on existing sales inquiries and with existing as well as new clients

  • Staying informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to potential clients

  • Being proactive in setting up meetings in the field to develop or present offers to clients

  • Negotiating with prospective clients 

Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • Sound experience in a Sales role
  • Excellent command of the English and Maltese languages
  • Client-oriented predisposition

Education & Experience

Previous sales experience and some leadership is a must
