Senior Sales & Commercial Manager

€40,000 - €50,000  |  Malta

A new Senior Sales & Commercial Manager role is now available. Working closely with the CCO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving the company’s Sales and Commercial strategy, including but not limited to building and maintaining the client portfolio
  • Following up on business opportunities and creating new opportunities through networking
  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand the client base
  • Maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients with overall responsibility of customer retention
  • Communicating new services to current and prospective clients
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Sales and Business Development role is required
  • Possession of a Degree in Business Management and/or Sales or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English and Maltese - both written and spoken


  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Customer oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Motivated and capable of working under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Hands on with a positive and can do attitude
