Senior Sales Administrator

Our leading client in the market is expanding and seeks a Senior Sales Administrator to join their team.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the budgets and targets of the sales representatives and guiding them where needed whilst tacking their monthly sales rep bonuses.
  • Promptly update key accounts with useful information on the new products.
  • Manage client discounts and trade offers, optimizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain precise stock cards and categories with precise attention to detail, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Use MS Excel for transparent stakeholder reporting whilst providing accurate insights.
  • Strategically manage sales representatives routes to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain the Shop-in-Shop system meticulously for selected supermarkets, enhancing brand visibility and sales.


  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Must be already based in Malta.
