Sales Specialist

Our client is a well established company in Malta. They would like to employ a Sales Specialist to join their team.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing client portfolios and generating new leads through the use of strategic goals
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish and adhering to company standards
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of clients while developing new leads
  • Identifying challenges and finding solutions for prospective clients
  • Providing top-tier customer service and a positive experience for clients
  • Ensuring that clients are kept up-to-date through CRM systems
  • Adhering to and reaching set KPIs and strategic goals
  • Collect any relevant data, images, information and materials required to fulfill obligations provided by management


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Two years of experience within a similar role, including B2B telesales, digital sales or outdoor sales role
  • Love dealing with people
  • Have a good flair for sales
  • Be able to work under pressure

Education & Experience

Have good knowledge of Maltese and English


A good commission package will be paid
