A vacancy has arisen for the post of Sales Manager with one of Malta's leading automotive companies. You will be responsible to lead and support a team of Sales Executives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Evaluating and adjusting performance and developing processes that drive sales.
- Achieving revenue, productivity and efficiency targets as agreed in the department’s annual budget.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Providing motivating leadership to the department’s staff and communicating effectively with the team and with other departments.
- Encouraging and supporting the personal and professional growth of the department’s employees, by providing suitable training opportunities and by giving honest feedback about the employees’ work performance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
Remuneration package includes Salary + Monthly Bonus on KPIs
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Have previous experience as a Sales Manager
- Be fluent in Maltese and English
- Be in possession of a valid and clean driving licence
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to work under pressure
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Be a self-motivating achiever, able to set and achieve ambitious objectives
Education & Experience
Have a good level of education, preferably Diploma in Management at least Level 5 or higher
