Sales Manager

€35,000 - €40,000  |  Malta

Our client is looking to recruit for a Sales Manager job in Malta. As a Sales Manager, you will be working in an environment that promotes innovative solutions, open communication, continuous learning and personal development

Responsibilities would include:

  • Being relentless in your pursuit to hunt down sales opportunities, and diligently follow up with them
  • Manage lead and mentor your team of sales and account management professionals
  • Work closely with the CCO to develop yearly sales plans and forecast sales targets
  • Responsible for ensuring your team hits their targets & KPIs consistently
  • Understand the sales metrics and make the key decisions to help the team achieve their KPI’s
  • Support our Inside Sales and Customer Success team to maintain a high customer retention rate
  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager to identify and execute marketing strategies to generate leads
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the company’s service offerings
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships and will be respected for your integrity, advice & professionalism

Education & Experience:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in managing a Sales team
  • Experience working within an IT infrastructure sales environment would be a big advantage
  • You have a talent for sales, team leading and have a proven track record in previous sales roles

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong work ethic, methodical and good attention to detail
