Sales Manager

€30,000 - €40,000  |  Malta

A new Sales Manager role within the FMCG industry is now available. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities include the following:

  • Establish and monitor sales and margin budgets 
  • Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships 
  • Design and implement strategic plans in line with corporate, financial and marketing objectives
  • Negotiate prices, margins and sales contracts with customers
  • Identify new market trends, new products and shifts in competitor activity

Education and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a sales function in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication on both Maltese and English languages
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good listener & building relationships 
  • Valid driving license
  • Willing to travel
