Sales Manager (Showroom) - Bathrooms & Kitchens

A leading business is seeking to employ a Sales Manager (Showroom) to join their growing team
 

The Role

  • Co-ordinating the sales team
  • Ensure Installers calendar and client appointments for deliveries and installations are updated
  • Following up on orders and ensuring that same arrive in Malta in a timely manner
  • Dealing with clients for appointments, post-installation appointments and aftersales services
  • Delegate tasks to Front desk Administrator such as: debt collection, chasing on client installation and delivery appointments
  • Overseeing warehousing with Head Installers
  • Working closely with Accounts Executive to manage designers commissions and the collection of full balances from problematic accounts
  • Working with Sales team to maximise their potential and selling techniques
  • Assisting GM to execute new policies and strategies
  • Assisting GM to reach set sales targets
  • Assisting GM in recruitment and general HR administrative duties

Education and Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an Operational Managerial position and/or Senior Administrative position
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Also having Italian proficiency is considered as an asset

Skills

  • Meticulous, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
  • Self-driven, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Have proven leadership skills
