Sales Manager (French Speaking)

Malta  |  €50,000 - €60,000 

Our client who specializes in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Manager. You will pursue the growth and development of your control by creating, selling, and executing joint business plans aligned with customers. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Achieving annual sales targets and joint preparing agreements and annual business plans
  • Updating forecasts and continuously optimizing pricing structure 
  • Preparing, monitoring, and executing advertising and promotions plans within the approved budget while finding means to grow revenue 
  • Ensuring all financial instruments are in place ahead of order shipments and following up on customer debit notes
  • Providing customers with guidelines and trade executions across all products
  • Identifying, planning, and executing new products and revenue 
  • Building and developing customer relationships 
  • Keeping abreast and highlighting the impact of any legal, regulatory or trade barriers that may arise
  • Coordinating, coaching and training internal and customer teams to effectively execute agreed plans
  • Reporting back to the company on any significant customer or consumer queries requiring support in resolution.

 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Able to travel a minimum of 35% of total time (120 nights in a year)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
  • Proven results in delivering sales targets, working with distributors and the management of supply chain or export will be essential

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, finance or relevant field
