Sales & Logistics Executive

A job vacancy for a Sales & Logistics Executive within the Sales Department is now available. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and arranging international shipments in an effective manner to ensure error-free consignments
  • Offering a high level of support to ensure warranty and return cases are managed rapidly
  • Communicating with all stakeholders including, International Partners, Sales, Operations and Finance, in a timely manner
  • Coordinating partners instructions for shipping methods and freight forwarder management
  • Coordinating intercompany transactions as needed
  • Navigating sales and logistical data within the system
  • Managing online data files while maintaining security to the company cloud
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate shall be provided with on-the-job training and needs to be available to travel overseas from time to time.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A general understanding of watersports and the scuba diving products is ideal
  • Excellent organizational skills and great attention to details
  • Proactive approach, working on own initiative where necessary, and ability to work with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

  • Degree Level of Education in Business or a relative field
  • Previous experience within sales or logistics shall be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
