Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading importer and distributor in the commercial and industrial sector, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Engage with clients visiting the showroom, provide product information, answer questions, and assist in making selections that meet their needs;
  • Manage the sales process from the initial quote to the final sale, ensuring all client needs are met and the process is seamless;
  • Use the stock control system to track inventory levels, place orders for new stock, ensure product availability, and manage discrepancies;
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. Ensure that all aspects of the project are well-drafted and detailed;
  • Draft and design project components using relevant tools and software. Collaborate with clients and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications;
  • Oversee the implementation of projects on-site. Coordinate with contractors, manage schedules, and ensure that the project progresses according to plan and within the allocated time frame.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Saturdays 9:00 - 13:00 (every third Saturday + 4hrs off from the weekly schedule)


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively assist and engage with clients.
  • Ability to manage the sales process efficiently and close deals.

Education and Experience

  • Proficiency in using stock control systems and managing inventory.
  • Competence in project management, planning, and design software.
  • Ability to oversee on-site project implementation, manage teams, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Ability to use tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
