Our Client, a leader in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Associate to join their growing team. To ensure seamless sales operations and excellent customer service, your responsibilities will include:
- Cover assigned sales territories during staff absences, maintaining sales levels and customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage territory effectively, understanding customer needs and market conditions.
- Process customer orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and submit sales reports.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Requirements
- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Able to communicate in both English and Maltese
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and customer-focused approach.
- Must be in possession of a clean driving license
