Sales Associate

  Central Malta  |  €17,000 - €20,000 Annually 

Our Client, a leader in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Associate to join their growing team. To ensure seamless sales operations and excellent customer service, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cover assigned sales territories during staff absences, maintaining sales levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage territory effectively, understanding customer needs and market conditions.
  • Process customer orders, ensure accurate invoicing, and submit sales reports.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in both English and Maltese
  • Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and customer-focused approach.
  • Must be in possession of a clean driving license
