Sales and Training Executive

€20,000 - €23,000  |  Malta

A vacancy for a Sales and Training Executive is now available. In this role you will be selling and organizing training courses offered by our client and your main duties will include:-

  • Building and fostering working relationships with existing and new clients
  • Learning and having sound knowledge of all the training services our client has to offer
  • Organizing courses, liaising with tutors and taking care of the necessary logistics needed for delivery
  • Development of marketing and public relations strategies to attract new business
  • Scheduling, coordinating and attending meetings with potential clients and companies
  • Delivering presentations for clients outlining the company’s portfolio of courses offered
  • Developing and implementing new training activities as approved by management
  • Assist in obtaining the necessary official accreditation for training services
  • Organizing office systems with respect to training activities

Education and Experience:-

  • A Tertiary level of education in human resources, marketing, business administration and public relations would be ideal
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working within a business development or similar position would be considered an asset
  • Willingness to attend frequent outdoor meetings with clients, seminars and events is a must

Skills:-

  • A flair for sales and outgoing personality
  • Self-confident, self-starter with good negotiation skills
  • Be proactive, efficient and organized in their work
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese
