Sales and Customer Care Executive

€16,000 - €18,000  |  Malta

In this Sales and Customer Care Executive job, you will be responsible for the sale and promotion of the company’s portfolio of shipping services within the transportation industry. You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Identifying potential revenue paths within existing clients and customers
  • Meeting and dealing with customers’ requests efficiently
  • Highlighting and recommending services and promotions which best meet clients’ needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, by conducting meetings in person and regular follow-ups via phone and email
  • Negotiating sale proposals, terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-13:00 & 14:00-17:00

Education & Experience

The vacancy requires:

  • A level standard of education
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Strong client management skills
  • A clean and valid driving license
  • Previous experience in the shipping industry will be considered an asset

  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and work within a team
  • Good time management skills and excellent telephone manners
  • Customer oriented, with a friendly and outgoing personality
