Sales and Customer Care Executive (Retail)

A vacancy has arisen for a Sales and Customer Care Executive within the retail industry, assisting customers in their purchasing experience.  Within this job the main responsibilities include:

  • Forming strong relationships with the customers: face to face and online 
  • Answering sales enquiries within a timely manner
  • Providing designs/plans relevant to customer needs
  • Issuing quotes
  • Co-ordination of all logistics related to the sale, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Liaising internally with all departments as needed
  • Keeping abreast with furniture industry trends 
  • Offering an excellent customer care approach 
     

Training provided

Basic Salary + Commission

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 19:00 pm (closed between 13:00 & 14:00) 
Saturday:  10:00 am - 14:00 pm 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales is desirable but not a must
  • Friendly telephone etiquette
  • Presentable with a natural flare for sales
  • Creative with an interest in furniture and design
  • Professional level of English is a must (Maltese seen as a plus)
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • IT savvy: Emails, Social Media platforms, ACAD
  • Excellent customer care

Education & Experience

  • O'level Standard of education
  • Computer literate: Microsoft applications
