Sales and Business Development (Salary + Commission)

Malta  |  up to €20,000 

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Development Executive, to sell products and services to the current and potential new clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and generating sales opportunities through calling and emailing activities
  • Conducting cross selling of products, both to existing and new clients
  • Communicating sales opportunities to the sales team
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Attending conferences and seminars

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is preferable
  • Knowledge of KYC, Due-Diligence and Credit Risk Management would be considered a plus
  • Showing willingness to learn
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Organized and good at time management
  • Have own car
  • Great communication skills in both English and Maltese
