Sales and Business Development Manager


A new role as a Sales and Business Development Manager is now available. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and implementing the company's sales forecasts and targets
  • Expanding knowledge of market conditions, industry trends and monitoring competitors
  • Leading business development initiatives to help the company achieve and exceed annual sales objectives
  • Representing the company at sales events and conferences
  • Maintaining consistent contact with new and existing customers, presenting proposals and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Carrying out all other duties in the area of sales & marketing as and when requested by Management

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Holds a natural sales flair and approachable personality
  • A leader with good peoples skills

Education & Experience

  • Diploma level of Education or better is required in a related field
  • 3 years experience within a Sales Management role is needed
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is required
