Sales and Brand Manager


As a Sales and Brand Manager you will focus on day to day Sales Management functions and the design and execution of all Marketing activities. Main duties are as follows:

  • Direct the sales of products
  • Understand historical data from sales and project future sales
  • Develop new sales strategies and targets
  • Supervise training staff needs
  • Handling difficult customer situations
  • Nurturing client relationships
  • Assist with branding needs: creation, monitoring, changes etc
  • Keeping abreast with market trends: assessing market trends and researching consumer patterns
  • Developing new strategies and creating new projects
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Travel when required (limited)

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing is needed
  • Experience within a similar position is a must
  • Local experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry seen as a major plus
  • IT Savvy:  Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficient level of Maltese and English is needed
  • In possession of a clean driving license

  • Sound business acumen
