Sales and Brand Manager (Automotive)

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €50,000  

In this role of Sales and Brand Manager your main duties will be as per below:-

  • Establish, maintain, change or fine-tune brand and model sales strategies and plans
  • Set pricing of products in line with pre-agreed objectives 
  • Embark on initiatives to promote and sell the brand outside the showroom territory by establishing and maintaining B2B relationship
  • Keep abreast with market on new brands, cars and competitor pricing
  • Manage adequate stocks levels by maintaining up to date reporting to ensure that orders are placed meet the demand and projected delivery targets
  • Manage the performance of the team within the area of activity by setting and monitoring KPIs, and addressing training needs

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Good Knowledge of the Automotive industry and trends
  • Able to nurture and develop working relationships
  • Strong sales flair and able to attract new business
  • Customer care focused and able to tackle escalated matters
  • Organised
  • Proficient in IT - excel and data analysis

Education & Experience

  • Diploma level of education is a must
  • Native level of Maltese and proficiency in English is needed
