Sales Advisor (Automotive)

Within this job as a Sales Advisor you will be focusing on the sales of vehicles and accessories of the brand of car/s you will be representing within a large Group.

Main duties include:

  • Assist walk in client's at the car showroom with their enquires
  • Identify the needs of the client and provide the right support - vehicles and new features
  • Issuing of quotations / assist with credit possibilities
  • Coordinating of test drives
  • Ensure all the sales documentation are prepared and filed as needed
  • Ensure that the database (CRM) is kept up to date
  • Ensure the delivery of the purchased vehicle arrives within the agreed time frame
  • Follow up with client's as required to ensure that quality and customer service standards and policies are adhered to
  • Keep abreast with the industry trends and developments - products, competition etc.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the showroom

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma level of Education is needed
  • Experience within the sales automotive industry is seen as an asset, however, knowledge on cars is also seen as a huge advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of IT is required - emails, data inputting
  • Knowledge of Autoline (Kerridge) is preferred
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is a must
  • In possession of a local driving license
