Outdoor Sales Representative

Malta  |  €20,000 - €22,000 

Our client is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team in Malta. Your responsibilities include the following: 


  • Identifying new leads 
  • Meeting and understanding clients’ needs and proposing promotions which address that need
  • Negotiate agreements with clients striking a balance between clients’ needs and the company’s expectations
  • Assisting in creating new products which reflect the needs of the clients

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese & English are a must 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in B2B sales 
  • In possession of a valid EU driving license
  • Must be currently living in Malta 


  • Highly self-driven sense of motivation
  • Sales and target driven
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

A fixed salary is being offered along with commission and bonuses when reaching pre-set targets. 

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working hours - 8am-5pm (flexible depending on client meetings)
