Outdoor Sales Executive

€20,000 - €25,000  |  Malta

In this position of a Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for using all means available to you to source new businesses

  • Cold Calling new business to create face to face appointments or phone sale 
  • Pitch the dream of promoting local businesses and bringing them internet-facing customers
  • Pitch the benefits 
  • Pitch how it works
  • Negotiating to make sure the company, the consumer are all benefiting
  • Using CRM, calendars and docu-sign to manage sales and account management
  • Taking or getting from Merchant photos and content to sell their adverts to consumers
  • Chasing Agreements and working to weekly targets
  • Discovering new avenues and directions to grow the company

Requirements

  • You will have a proven track record of B2B sales
  • 2 years experience minimum
  • Experience in Recruitment, Media, Advertising, e-commerce, beauty, leisure or hospitality sales preferred
  • Experience of selling to all levels of hierarchy from Marketing Assistant to CEO
  • Driving Licence
  • Top communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Be Self-motivated and driven by targets and earnings
  • Resilient but willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast pace environment
  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not essential
  • Excellent command of English and preferably Maltese
  • Currently living in Malta

    An excellent salary, uncapped commissions and expensive will be paid to the successful candidate
