Field Sales Manager

Malta

In this job as a Field Sales Manager, you will be leading a growing team of salespersons covering a large portfolio of products, while focusing on product availability and visibility, staff supervision and development, team dynamic and client relationship management. The main job responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing and analysing of the company's sales plan
  • Keeping abreast with market trends and competition
  • Preparing and presenting reports 
  • Maintaining consistent contact with customers and presenting proposals for sales promotion, renewal of contracts etc
  • Leading the sales force towards achievement of goals
  • Developing and implementing individual sales targets
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels - resolving emerging issues in a timely manner
  • Developing and implementing initiatives and procedures in accordance to the company's objectives to help the company achieve and exceed annual sales objectives
     

Education & Experience

  • A Diploma level of education or better only will be considered
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • 2 years experience within a sales role is a must
  • Experience within a supervisory role would be ideal
  • Experience in an FMCG environment will be seen as an asset
  • Excellent communication both verbally and written in Maltese and English
  • In possession of a clean driving license
