A highly reputable client of ours specialising in the Maritime and Aviation sector is looking to onboard an Executive Director, to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

  • Leading the Company's marine (yachting) & aviation business, comprising both existing business as well as new business
  • Acting as the relationship lead for a portfolio of marine (yachting) & aviation clients
  • Providing technical advice to clients and colleagues alike
  • Overseeing the delivery of marine (yachting) & aviation services to clients, which shall include amongst others, advisory services, assisting with purchase & sale transactions, new construction, importation, exportation, leasing and financing, as well as registrations and renewals
  • Directing all marine (yachting) & aviation business development initiatives together with the business development team and being available and willing to travel when necessary
  • Overseeing service/product development and promotion
  • Developing and implementing a growth strategy in line with the objectives of the Group
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, principals, introducers, feeders, brokers, law firms, banks and family offices
  • Expanding the current service offering by identifying new opportunities within the marine (yachting) & aviation sectors
  • Fostering a culture of compliance, good governance and doing the right thing, at all times and without exception
