We are in search of a skilled individual with a proven track record to join our dynamic team of professionals. Successful candidates for this position are expected to deliver top-notch sales and consulting services, adhering to high-quality standards in promoting Bank's deposit products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fulfilling individual business plans, achieving targets for new deposits, and selling investment products, offering the potential for financial bonuses based on sales performance.
- Conducting business activities, including marketing efforts to expand the client portfolio, meeting specified quantity and quality standards.
- Providing high-quality sales and consultancy services to clients, actively promoting and selling the bank's deposit products, fostering client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
- Executing contracts within established standards to meet all contractual requirements.
- Ensuring client onboarding and maintaining necessary documentation related to entrusted activities, transferring information for proper storage and processing.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing clients to minimize risks and potential losses.
- Proactively engaging with clients, offering advice, handling requests, concluding contracts, addressing potential complaints, and maintaining relationships for additional business activities.
- Internal communication to resolve non-standard situations, transfer more complex products, and provide information for reporting purposes.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Proven previous working experience as a Sales Representative, Relationship management or retail or in a similar role.
- Background in a Banking environment would be an asset
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented work environment.
- An optimistic, assertive, direct, and innovative nature, with comfort in facing challenges and collaborating in international teams, will be valuable assets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's in Commerce or Business studies would be considered an asset
