Commercial Manager

Our client, a leading import and distribtion company within the FMCG Industry, is recruiting for a Commerical Manager to drive sales of iconinc imported beverage brands. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include; 

  • Being responsible to develop and implement strategic plans for all product categories
  • Managing budgets and performance to achieve set sales objectives and revenues
  • Drive profitabiloity, increasing market share by working on new market penetration
  • Increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction throughout
  • Working on identifying new trends, weaknesses and opportunities
  • Empower a unique sales team through effective communication, transparency and honesty
  • Fostering loyalty and engagement in line with the company's vision

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills
  • Openness to change and learning
  • A strong command of systems and analysis.
  • Must have a strong business acumen and a sense of consumer market demands
  • Excellent at fostering and maintaining business relationships
  • Based in Malta

Education & Experience

Relevant Qualifications, ideally at a tertiary level
