Our client, a leading import and distribtion company within the FMCG Industry, is recruiting for a Commerical Manager to drive sales of iconinc imported beverage brands. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include;
- Being responsible to develop and implement strategic plans for all product categories
- Managing budgets and performance to achieve set sales objectives and revenues
- Drive profitabiloity, increasing market share by working on new market penetration
- Increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction throughout
- Working on identifying new trends, weaknesses and opportunities
- Empower a unique sales team through effective communication, transparency and honesty
- Fostering loyalty and engagement in line with the company's vision
Skill-sets and Requirements
- A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills
- Openness to change and learning
- A strong command of systems and analysis.
- Must have a strong business acumen and a sense of consumer market demands
- Excellent at fostering and maintaining business relationships
- Based in Malta
Education & Experience
Relevant Qualifications, ideally at a tertiary level
