Commercial Executive

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €30,000 Annually 

The Commercial Executive reports to the Manager, having key relationships with all departments including accounts, sales, and stores and support the development of a new business stream.

Responsibilities:

  • To support the Manager and get familiar with all the product lines across the portfolio
  • Play the leading role of customer acquisition, implementation, and retention
  • To process invoices and purchase orders and ensure that these are accurate and issued in a timely manner
  • To liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure the proper execution of the department obligations
  • Co-ordinate enquiries and site visits to be able to provide a prompt response to new and existing customers
  • Monitor inventories in relation to stock items and new contracts, and any shortfalls are to be brought to the attention of the Manager
  • Take the lead on data analysis, KPI monitoring, and preparation of reports for both internal and external meetings

Requirements:

  • Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Maltese is preferred
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internally and externally
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
