The Commercial Executive reports to the Manager, having key relationships with all departments including accounts, sales, and stores and support the development of a new business stream.
Responsibilities:
- To support the Manager and get familiar with all the product lines across the portfolio
- Play the leading role of customer acquisition, implementation, and retention
- To process invoices and purchase orders and ensure that these are accurate and issued in a timely manner
- To liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure the proper execution of the department obligations
- Co-ordinate enquiries and site visits to be able to provide a prompt response to new and existing customers
- Monitor inventories in relation to stock items and new contracts, and any shortfalls are to be brought to the attention of the Manager
- Take the lead on data analysis, KPI monitoring, and preparation of reports for both internal and external meetings
Requirements:
- Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the individual needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Maltese is preferred
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internally and externally
- High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
