Chief Sales Manager - Real Estate

This job of a Chief Sales Manager - Real Estate is screaming out the name of any sales professional with a track record of success in Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate.  Your main duties will include:

  • Identify potential market segments
  • Prepare projected sales and lease forecasts
  • Assist with reviewing of unit layouts, specifications and pricing
  • Assist in drafting of different agreements:  promise of sale, deeds, condominium, lease and service agreements
  • Liaise internally with Marketing, PR and Finance teams
  • Identify and participate in local and foreign real estate fairs
  • Represent the company on all sales fronts
     

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 15 years experience within the real estate industry is essential
  • Local experience within real estate is a must
  • Experience in sales management in large developments seen as a major plus
  • Certification in Sales and Management seen as an asset
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is needed
  • Proficient in IT
