Business Solutions Sales Executive


Our client is looking for a Business Solutions Sales Executive who will be responsible to translate customer requirements into a business solution by developing technical sales proposals.  Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively build and develop a technical relationship with new and/or existing customers that would benefit from offered solutions and services thus maximising customer potential;
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to propose technical solutions and quotations
  • Negotiate tenders and contracts that meets the customer expectation and at the same time benefits the company
  • Meet the company’s sales targets
  • Administer customer accounts, prepare reports and maintain documentation as required;
  • Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance and aid in the formulation of the technical sales proposal
  • Aid the Sales Team in product education and transitional post-sales support
  • Formulate and deliver training on the products / services to internal teams as required
  • Deliver solutions / product presentations and provide support at external and internal customer facing events
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfil the job function or as assigned


Education and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Understanding of network technologies and CISCO devices
  • Experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Strong technical background
