Business Solution Advisor

Malta  |  €40,000 - €45,000 

A leading technology company is seeking to employ a Business Solutions Advisor to join the Sales and Marketing team. Selected candidate will be reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and will be liaising directly with the Management team to develop and grow the Company’s business. Selected candidate will be mature and can work on their own initiative to generate leads and manage and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding  the clients' business requirements
  • Identifying opportunities, developing and delivering professional proposals that match such requirements;
  • Effectively coordinate pre-sales activities, consistent follow-up and successful negotiation;
  • Constant communication with Management team through the Company’s CRM system as well as other methods, and escalating whenever necessary;
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services;
  • Responsible for building positive relationships with existing customers

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of IT sales experience with local and/or i-gaming customers;
  • A good understanding of latest technology trends and able to articulate their business value to CxO and IT Decision Maker audience;
  • Possess strong communication and articulation skills to build trusted relationships with customers;
  • Be a team player and able to work well with colleagues towards accomplishing common goals;
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills

Education & Experience

Hold a certificate in IT or a Sales related field
