Business Development Manager

  Central Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 Annually 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organized, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and identify new business opportunities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
- Develop and manage budgets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
