Business Development Manager

Malta

Our Client a Cloud Solutions provider is now seeking to grow its Sales Team and is looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and be able to handle and grow new accounts from the get-go

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences

Gross salary is 35k (depending on one's experience) + uncapped commission. 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Sales role
  • Knowledgeable and experienced working in the local market
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Currently living in Malta
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Maltese is not required, but a PLUS.
