Our client who specializes in the healthcare industry is looking for a Business Development Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Focusing on driving growth, while achieving sales and profit objectives.
  • Building and developing strong relationships with new clients, and maintaining existing ones, both locally and overseas.
  • Preparing proposals, tenders, and pricing for submission to clients, ensuring all client proposals are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Developing and negotiating contracts whilst integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Tracking metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience working in the local market
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Superior strategic planning and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Education & Experience

  • Ideally educated to a degree level (Commercial, Business Admin or equivalent) or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Background in medical or healthcare would be an asset
