Business Development Executive

€30,000 - €35,000  |  Malta

Our client a leading Corporate Service Provider with international holdings id currently seeking to recruit a Business Development  Executive in order to help the organization reach new markets. Besides the gross annual salary, a commission is also being offered in the generation of new leads. 

The role would entail;

  • Developing and implementing a growth strategy by identifying new products, services and markets where the organisation can expand its service offerings
  • Establishing and developing a network of contacts both within the Group as well as outside the Group
  • Actively promoting the services provided by  travelling to meet key introducers and feeders, and to attend conferences and corporate events
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services provided by the firm
  • Updating all marketing material, in line with brand requirements
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Conducting market analyses and studying the strategies adopted by competitors

Education and Experience;

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in sales within the financial services
  • A degree level of education in business or ideally marketing
  • Fluency in English is required, however, knowledge of other international languages would be considered an asset

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
