Business Development Executive 

In this Business Development Executive job based in Malta, you will be expected to grow the company’s business by setting up meetings to present the company portfolio and follow up on any leads that come in.

Working closely with the General Manager and consultants, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Learning and having sound knowledge of all the products and services which the company has to offer
  • Generating business by researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Liaising with the company’s marketing agency in order to strengthen brand development and awareness, as well as target the most effective markets
  • Maintaining continuous client relationships through frequent follow-ups with new and existing clients  
  • Handling and managing any after sales queries or concerns


Education and Experience

  • Possess a tertiary level or education or equivalent
  • Have previous experience working in B2B sales would be preferred  



  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
  • Must be self-confident and possess very good negotiation skills
  • Be proactive and strive to grow and develop the company’s business
