Business Development Executive (Hybrid)

  South of Malta

We are looking for a Business Sales Executive focusing on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, targeting Small to Medium Businesses, while exploring innovative revenue streams. This role involves client engagement, strategic planning, and collaboration to maximize the company’s sales potential.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Revenue Growth

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within SOHO and SME markets, along with additional revenue channels.
  • Plan and execute outreach activities, including sales calls and client meetings, to promote the company’s services portfolio
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, manage leads, and close sales effectively.

Market Analysis and Competitive Insight

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, sales strategies, and offerings, providing actionable feedback to the team.
  • Offer insights to management on market trends and potential product developments.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain excellent rapport with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the company.
  • Address and resolve sales-related issues raised by clients, managers, or senior leadership in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and foster new business relationships.

Requirments:

  • Previous experience in Sales, dealing with business client would be a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective team player with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • A valid Driving License

Salary package include Basic Salary, Commission and Allowances
