Business Development Executive (Fixed Salary)

Malta  |  €25,000 - €35,000 

Find here under the duties for this job of a Business Development Executive (B2B). Our client, who is well established within the IT industry, is looking at once again growing its Sales and Business Development team.

  • Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline;
  • Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients;
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business;
  • Sourcing potential new customers;
  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals;
  • Giving product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients;
  • Understanding client needs to convert prospects to clients;
  • Work in a team to help achieve departmental goals;
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to analyse the business performance and potential revenue streams;
  • Working with our marketing team in defining effective campaigns and activities;
  • Representing the company at all times with the upmost integrity and promoting the products to the best of your ability;

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales or business development role is seen as an asset, however, full training is provided
  • Native level of Maltese as well as a professional level of English is required
  • In possession of a valid driving license
  • Keen interest and understanding of technology
  • Self driven and Goal oriented yet a team player
  • A good listener, analytical and good problem solver
  • Well presented and comfortable with giving presentations face to face or virtually

Education & Experience

  • Diploma level of Education or better is preferred
  • IT savvy
